Challenge:

  • As the startup progressed, significant internal changes occurred within the business, necessitating a fresh approach to its online presence.

Challenge:

The existing content and interface design were outdated and poorly conceived, featuring numerous broken links and issues that hindered users from taking desired actions. This resulted in low conversion rates.

Solution:

  • We developed a completely new UI and UX for the landing page from the ground up.
  • By thoroughly analyzing the previous website’s data, we identified conversion bottlenecks and applied best design practices to enhance performance.
  • The new landing page now allows users to purchase a single subscription for access to all fitness clubs and studios in the network, as well as select a plan tailored to their individual needs.
 
 

Challenge:

The previous interface provided a poor user experience due to its complexity and lack of clarity. Additionally, the notification system was ineffective, and there were no features for planning club visits.

Solution:

We designed an intuitive and user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of purchasing and switching subscription plans, finding nearby lessons and clubs, and managing personal schedules. The new system also includes personalized class recommendations and the ability to locate clubs in the user’s vicinity.

 

Challenge:

The existing management and administration system was inflexible and lacked essential features such as user ID verification and analytics. Additionally, there was no custom subscription builder, making it difficult to attract new clubs to join the sport network.

Solution:

We rebuilt the product from the ground up, introducing features that enable efficient management of users, clubs, and studios, as well as access to accounting and financial analytics. The free CRM for clubs has become a valuable tool, making it easier for businesses to join the network.
